By accessing or using cozyhub.lk or any Cozy Hub Digital product (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Cozy Hub Digital provides web development, AI consultation and development, cloud infrastructure, and a portfolio of SaaS and IoT products (including free and paid offerings). Features and availability may change over time.

Some Services may require an account or WhatsApp/phone verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misuse our AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Resell or redistribute our Services without written permission.

Some products are offered free of charge; others involve subscription or one-time fees, as described at the point of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds for paid products.

All content, branding, and software associated with the Services are owned by Cozy Hub Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Several of our products use AI to generate responses, recommendations, or automated actions. See our AI Usage Notice for details on how our AI features work and their limitations.

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, cloud providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozy Hub Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
