AI Usage Notice

Cozy Hub Digital builds and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power features such as chat and voice assistants, reminders, recommendations, and automated conversations. This notice explains, in general terms, how those AI features work and their limitations.

• Our website chat and voice assistant ("මචං"), which answers questions and helps with bookings.
• WhatsApp-based products such as RemindGPT, for reminders and everyday assistance.
• AI-powered recommendation and discovery tools, such as FashionGPT and Style Mirror.
• Automated calling and customer-conversation tools, such as AI Caller and in-tui.com chatbots.

Our AI features use machine learning and large language models to interpret your input and generate a response or action. These systems are trained on general and product-specific data and may use third-party AI providers under the hood.

AI features may process information you provide directly (such as messages, reminders, or photos) to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information generally.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We review and improve our AI features on an ongoing basis, but they should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other decisions requiring professional advice.

Where an AI feature is optional, you may choose not to use it. For features that are core to a product (e.g. a chatbot-based service), opting out may mean the product cannot function.

As we introduce or update AI features, we will revise this notice. Check back periodically for the latest version.
